1. Recipient and purpose
By choosing Allow analytics, a visitor voluntarily permits Andrei Viktorovich Svirin, a citizen of the Russian Federation and owner of arbitr.law, to process the technical data below for visit statistics and improvement of content and navigation. The service is Yandex Metrica. Controller contact: andrei.svirin@arbitr.law. Permission is not required to read the website.
2. Data and operations
Data comprises IP address, technical browser, device and operating-system details, visit time and duration, viewed page URLs, referrer and browser identifiers, including cookies and localStorage. Permission covers necessary automated collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, retrieval, reporting, provision to the service, depersonalisation, restriction, deletion and destruction within this purpose.
Session Replay, click maps and dedicated link tracking are disabled. No custom name, email, message-text or UserID parameters are supplied; the service may still create a browser identifier. Contact pages, the legal section and the former /privacy/ page are excluded from measurement. Clicking an email link does not transmit message contents through the website application.
3. Service provider
Processing is entrusted to YANDEX LLC, 16 Leo Tolstoy Street, Moscow, under the Metrica terms, including paragraph 5.4. The owner uses statistics for the stated purpose. Yandex’s own applicable terms appear in its privacy policy. This consent is not an advertising subscription, transfer of correspondence or permission for unrestricted use of personal information.
4. Separate action and duration
Permission is expressed through a separate button beside a link to these terms. Opening a page, scrolling, silence, using materials or accepting other documents does not enable the counter. Its code is not loaded before permission. The choice, time, expiry, counter and terms version are stored in this browser for 180 days; expiry or a terms change requiring new consent needs a new decision. On excluded pages, permission only saves the choice and does not start measurement.
5. Declining and withdrawing
Choose Without analytics immediately or later through Analytics settings in the footer. Materials remain accessible. Withdrawal stops subsequent measurement and is synchronised across this site’s tabs in the same browser; the application removes accessible Metrica identifiers described in the cookie notice. A choice on one device does not control all other devices and domains.
Withdrawal does not undo the lawfulness of earlier processing or itself delete information already transmitted to the service. Write to andrei.svirin@arbitr.law about previously received data; proportionate information may be needed to identify relevant records. Where no independent ground remains, Law 152-FZ’s cessation and destruction requirements apply. Cookie and service-data retention should not be assumed to equal 180 days.
6. Other processing
These terms concern the owner’s optional statistics. They do not replace the policy, authorise processing message contents or cover technical requests necessary to load pages. The policy explains requests, corrections and withdrawal.
